2024/25 Executive Board Interest and April Elections:

Any person that is interesting in serving on the Art Rutkin Elementary PSO Board is encouraged to submit the following form:

Expense Reimbursement or Check Request

Any person that needs a reimbursement from the treasurer must do the following:

• 1. Download and fill out this Expense Reimbursement and Check Request form and email it it to Treasurer@ArtRutkinpso.org or bring it to a PSO meeting.  

  2. You must have an itemized receipt to be reimbursed.  Please make sure that the receipt only has reimbursable items.   

  3. Turn in your form and receipt ideally within 3 weeks following the purchase of the item to personnel in the school's front office or at PSO Meeting.
